2. Your Account

This website is intended for adults only. We assume that any minor who visits our Site is doing so under the supervision of their guardians. Minor's information is not willfully collected by Saffire Natural or its affiliates. You will be responsible for keeping your account and password confidential, as well as restricting access to your computer, and you hereby accept responsibility for all activities and transactions saction that occur under your account and password. You acknowledge that any information you supply is not confidential or proprietary and does not infringe on the rights of a third party.

3. Account Security

If we have found a breach or suspected breach of the security of your account, we may require you to change your password, or suspend your account without any liability to Saffire Naturals. 4. Payment Policy

1. The User agrees that the debit/credit card details provided by him/ her for use of the aforesaid Service(s) must be correct and accurate and that the User shall not use a debit/ credit card, that is not lawfully owned by him/ her or the use of which is not authorized by the lawful owner thereof. The User further agrees and undertakes to provide a correct and valid debit/credit card details.

The User may pay his/ her fees to Saffire Naturals by using a debit/credit card or through an online banking account. The User warrants to agree and confirm that when he/ she initiates a payment transactions and/or issues an online payment instruction and provides his/ her card/bank details:

• The User is fully and lawfully entitled to use such credit/debit card or bank account for such transactions;
• The User is responsible to ensure that the card/ bank account details provided by him/ her are accurate.
• The User is authorizing debit of the nominated card/ bank account for the payment of fees selected by such User along with the applicable Fees.

The User is responsible to ensure sufficient credit is available on the nominated card/ bank account at the time of making the payment to permit the payment of the dues payable or the bill(s) selected by the User inclusive of the applicable Fee. 

5. Cancellation Policy

Once the User will be registered and paid the Fee through the Online Payment Gateway, He/She will not be able to cancel the transactions under any circumstances. No Payment will be refunded to the User. 

6. Products and Services for Personal Use

The products and services described on the Site, as well as any samples we may give to you, are solely for your personal use. You are not permitted to sell or resell any of the products or services, or any samples thereof, that you obtain from us. We reserve the right, with or without notice, to cancel or limit the quantity of any products or services that we consider, in our sole discretion, may violate our Terms and Conditions.

7. Accuracy of Information

We attempt to be as accurate as possible when describing our products on the Site; however, to the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not warrant that the product descriptions, colors, information or other content available on the Site are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.

8. Your Obligations and Responsibilities

You must follow these Terms and Conditions as well as any additional cautions or instructions for access or use placed on the Site when accessing or using the Site. You must always act in line with the law, custom, and good faith. You may not change or alter the Site or any Content or services that may appear on this Site, and you may not jeopardize the Site's integrity or operation in any way. Without limiting the generality of any other provision of these Terms and Conditions, if you breach any of the obligations set forth in these Terms and Conditions negligently or willfully, you will be liable for all losses and damages suffered by Saffire Naturals Online, our affiliates, partners, or licensors.

9. Order Acceptance and Modifications

We reserve the right to accept or reject any order placed on the Website. In the event that an order cannot be fulfilled or was affected by a technical glitch, we may cancel or modify the order at our sole discretion. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of such changes via the contact information you provided during the order process but hold no liability for inability in doing so.

10. Cancellation by Us

If an order is canceled by us due to reasons such as unavailability of stock, inaccuracies in product information, pricing errors, or technical issues, we will notify you promptly. In such cases, we may offer you the option to choose an alternative product or receive a full refund. The maximum extent of liability shall be limited to the product value under all circumstances.

11. Reward Points (RP)

1. Accumulation : Reward Points will accrue in the purchase ratio as properly displayed on the Site from time to time and subject to change any time without any prior information.
2. Value : RP will have such value as determined & displayed on the Site from time to time. This Value gives no cash rights to the consumer and solely a discount offer to the customer on further purchase. RP is not equivalent to cash in any manner.
3. Co-Existence : If there is any Discount Coupon running concurrently, RP may be used along with the Discount Code/Coupon at the discretion of Saffire Naturals.
4. Expiry : 1 Year from Accumulation/Earning
5. Usage Limit : Maximum 25% worth of Net Purchase can be paid through RP use or as may be displayed by the Site. RP can be applied only upon a certain cart value.
6. Crediting : RP will be credited to the user account only post Delivery updation.
7. Cancellation/Reversal : They will be auto cancelled in case of order cancellation or return. Any reversals can be done at the discretion of Saffire Naturals if it is deemed of any wrong/illegal use. Decision of Management will be final & binding in this regard.
8. RP program is non-binding upon the seller in any manner and does not accrue any liability upon him. It can we withdrawn/paused anytime without any notice & without any liability towards buyers.

12. Refunds

In the event of order cancellation or non-fulfillment, we will refund the full amount paid by you for the canceled or affected product(s). The refund will be processed using the same payment method you used to place the order, unless otherwise agreed upon. In any event of cancellation/rejection/modification/refund/etc, the maximum amount payable by us would be limited to the amount received from the consumer and no liability would accrue beyond such amount due to any direct or indirect loss or costs incurred by the consumer for any reasons whatsoever.
