Note that our Privacy Policy and terms and conditions along with other policies that you may find throughout our site are in connection with certain functionality, features, promotions, or customer service available on the website. All of which are adjudged to be a part of and are included within these terms and conditions (collectively, "Terms and Conditions"). By accessing or using the Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions without limitation or qualification.

2. Your Account

This website is intended for adults only. We assume that any minor who visits our Site is doing so under the supervision of their guardians. Minors' information is not willfully collected by Saffire Natural or its affiliates. You will be responsible for keeping your account and password confidential, as well as restricting access to your computer, and you hereby accept responsibility for all activities and transaction that occur under your account and password. You acknowledge that any information you supply is not confidential or proprietary and does not infringe on the rights of a third party.

3. Account Security

If you know or have reasons to believe that the security of your account has been breached, you should contact us immediately at the 'Contact Information' provided below. If we have found a breach or suspected breach of the security of your account, we may require you to change your password, or suspend your account without any liability to Saffire Natural. We reserve the right to refuse service and/or terminate accounts without prior notice if these Terms of Use are violated or if we decide, in our sole discretion, that it would be in Saffire Natural and its affiliates best interests to do so. You are solely responsible for all content that you upload, post, email or otherwise transmit via the Site. The information provided to us shall be maintained by us in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

4. Payment Policy

  1. The User agrees that the debit/credit card details provided by him/ her for use of the aforesaid Service(s) must be correct and accurate and that the User shall not use a debit/ credit card, that is not lawfully owned by him/ her or the use of which is not authorized by the lawful owner thereof. The User further agrees and undertakes to provide a correct and valid debit/credit card details.

The User may pay his/ her fees to Saffire Naturals by using a debit/credit card or through an online banking account. The User warrants to agree and confirm that when he/ she initiates a payment transaction and/or issues an online payment instruction and provides his/ her card/bank details:

  • The User is fully and lawfully entitled to use such credit/debit card or bank account for such transactions;
  • The User is responsible to ensure that the card/ bank account details provided by him/ her are accurate.
  • The User is authorizing debit of the nominated card/ bank account for the payment of fees selected by such User along with the applicable Fees.

The User is responsible to ensure sufficient credit is available on the nominated card/ bank account at the time of making the payment to permit the payment of the dues payable or the bill(s) selected by the User inclusive of the applicable Fee. 

5. Cancellation Policy

Once the User will be registered and paid the Fee through the Online Payment Gateway, He/She will not be able to cancel the transaction under any circumstances. No Payment will be refunded to the User. 

6. Products and Services for Personal Use

The products and services described on the Site, as well as any samples we may give to you, are solely for your personal use. You are not permitted to sell or resell any of the products or services, or any samples thereof, that you obtain from us. We reserve the right, with or without notice, to cancel or limit the quantity of any products or services that we consider, in our sole discretion, may violate our Terms and Conditions.

7. Accuracy of Information

We attempt to be as accurate as possible when describing our products on the Site; however, to the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not warrant that the product descriptions, colors, information or other content available on the Site are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.

8. Your Obligations and Responsibilities

You must follow these Terms and Conditions as well as any additional cautions or instructions for access or use placed on the Site when accessing or using the Site. You must always act in line with the law, custom, and good faith. You may not change or alter the Site or any Content or services that may appear on this Site, and you may not jeopardize the Site's integrity or operation in any way. Without limiting the generality of any other provision of these Terms and Conditions, if you breach any of the obligations set forth in these Terms and Conditions negligently or willfully, you will be liable for all losses and damages suffered by Saffire Naturals Online, our affiliates, partners, or licensors.



 

SHIPPING RATES AND POLICIES

Our standard ground mail service is via courier. We aim to send packages out within two business days of your order being placed and have them arrive within 3 to 7 business days of being shipped. Please be advised that shipments are not sent out on Saturdays, Sundays, or on any holidays. We cannot guarantee dispatch transit arrival dates or times as it is depended on several factors which may or may not be under our control and no liability shall arise due to it. Shipping fees apply to all applicable one-time and recurring orders unless explicitly stated otherwise.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Thanks for ordering Saffire If you have entered the wrong address, there is a small window of time (1 Day after placing your order) to try and fix this situation. 
 

If your order has not yet shipped and you wish to change the shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible on the phone contact number only.


Please note that when you place an order with us, the liability for your package is between you and the carrier. We do not make any exceptions to this policy. If your item has been marked as delivered, try these recommendations to help track down your package:

  • Confirm that the shipping address you entered in is correct.
  • Check with neighbours to see if your package got dropped off nearby.
  • Mail carriers sometimes updates tracking information as "delivered" a few hours or even days earlier than the actual delivery. Please wait at least 48 hours to see if the package turns up before contacting us. 


 

Returns, Refunds, Cancellations and Exchanges

What We Will Do Together:

  • Step 1 –
    • Raise a return/ replacement request within 7 days from the date of delivery, if you’ve received wrong or expired product(s).
      • Please raise a request here with order and contact details -email id 
      • You can also raise a request with us using the Chat option.
    • In case of damaged/ missing product(s), raise a return/ replacement request within 1 days from the date of delivery.
    •  
  • Step 2 – Give us 4 working days to review your return request.
  • Step 3 – After your product(s) is received, we will verify it against the claim and initiate the replacement accordingly. Please note that replacement will depend upon the stock availability.

Under what conditions can I return/ replace my product?

  • Wrong product delivered
  • Expired product delivered
  • Damaged product delivered – Physical damage/ tampered product or packaging
  • Incomplete order – missing products

Note: For return product on above for conditions, we require clear video beginning with opening of packaging without any cut or edit otherwise we can’t help you out and no claim from your end will be advisable.

Under what conditions return/ replacement requests will not be accepted?

  • Opened/ used/ altered products.
  • Original packaging (mono cartons, labels, etc.) missing.
  • The return/ replacement request is generated after 1day from the date of delivery.
  • The damaged/ missing product is reported after 2 days from the date of delivery.

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel order from CANCEL button from order details page under My account section. You just need to give reason for cancellation, and leave rest on us. Only for COD

Please call us on + (Mon - Sat- 11 am to 7 pm), and we will help you in cancelling the order.

*Saffire reserves the right to cancel any order without pre-confirming the customer at any time and may verify any order before shipping the same to the customer that may include having a verbal or written confirmation from the customer.

Note - Orders can be only cancelled till the status is “Ready to Ship”.

            How will I receive the refund for my cancelled or returned product?

We will process your replacement within 4 business days in case of cancellation of an order. In case of returns, we will not refund we will replace the product. Please note, this entire process takes 2 weeks after the return 

For Order cancelled after they are shipped, Saffire reserve the right to levy the courier charges for both shipping and return of the product and the customer is liable for same.

Delivery: For order containing multiple Products, delivery may be made in multiple shipments. Delivery usually takes 5-7 business days from the date of order placement. Upon placement of the order, the estimated shipping and delivery timelines shall be available on order details page. You agree that the Company shall not be liable to pay for any damage or loss either direct or indirect owing to such cancellation of the order or delay in delivery.

Your use of the Website and/or Products are at your sole risk. The Website and the Products are offered on an “as is” and “as available” basis. The Company expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement with respect to the Products or Website content, or any reliance upon or use of the Website content or Products.

Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the Company makes no warranty:

  1. that the information provided on this Website is accurate, reliable, complete, or timely;
  2. that the links to third-party websites are to information that is accurate, reliable, complete, or timely;
  3. no advice or information, whether oral or written, obtained by you from this Website will create any warranty not expressly stated herein;
  4. as to the results that may be obtained from the use of the Products or that defects in the Products will be corrected; and
  5. regarding any Products purchased or obtained through the Website.

The Company shall have the right, at any time, to change or discontinue any aspect or feature of the Website, including, but not limited to, content, hours of availability and equipment needed for access or use.
